Chocolate Bars


These seriously easy chocolate bars have no sugar, are vegan and gluten free!!!! You can really add whatever flavoring you want to make them your own!




Ingredients:
3/4 c melted coconut oil
3/4 c cocoa/cacao powder
1/4 c maple syrup or agave nectar
pinch of salt

Flavorings
-Two handfuls of peanuts, plus more for topping

Toppings:
Salted peanuts
Honey Roasted Peanuts
Chia Seeds
Sea Salt
Dried Cranberries

Line parchment paper in a bread pan or two small bread pans.

Whisk coconut oil, cocoa powder, maple syrup together and add salt, once mixed add peanuts and mix again.

Pour into lined bread pan and place toppings on mixture. You can completely cover the mixture in toppings if you would like.

Place mixture in refrigerator for at least 2 hours, then break apart or slice using a sharp knife and store in airtight container in the refrigerator or freezer!
