Vegan Gluten Free Chocolate Chip Banana Pancakes





INGREDIENTS:

-1 cup gluten free flour or oat flour
-1 teaspoon baking powder
-1 tablespoon ground flax
-a pinch of sea salt
-1 cup vanilla almond milk
-1 whole ripe banana, mashed
-1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
-1/3 cup vegan chocolate chips (I LOVE the Enjoy Life brand)

Toppings: chilled maple syrup, vegan butter, chocolate chips, and powdered sugar


Mix all dry ingredients together in a large bowl. In a small bowl mash the banana and add wet ingredients, stir. Mix wet ingredients into dry and stir until smooth and then add chocolate chips.

Heat skillet or griddle pan with coconut oil and cook about 4 minutes on each side.

Then shove into your face because they are so good!!!!
