Best Ribs Ever.

This is the only photo I took of the ribs because they went directly into my mouth. 

1 slab (about 2 pounds) pork ribs
3 tbs paprika
2 tbs packed brown sugar
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper 
1/2 jars BBQ sauce (we used KC Masterpiece)
Salt and pepper to taste 

In a small bowl mix all the spices and salt and pepper together and rub on both sides of rib slab. 

Place ribs meaty side against wall of your crock pot and thicker side down. Pour BBQ sauce over ribs and cook for 7-8 hrs in your crockpot on low. 

Once finished in the crock pot place your ribs on a baking sheet or on racks on top of your baking sheets lined with foil ( be careful they will probably all apart already) 

Let your ribs sit. Strain the sauce from he crock pot and place in sauce pan on stove and let simmer on medium low heat for about 15 minutes to reduce sauce. 

Baste reduced sauce on ribs and place meat side down under broiler for about 5 minutes. Then take out of oven, flip he meat and baste meat side and place in broiler for about 9 minutes takes the ribs out twice to re baste but do not flip. 

These were so god I ate them with a fork!!!
